Good mornig, I'm an italian student and I'm simulating some properties of quasicrystals. I'd want to compute the efield distribution in some geometry (two slabs of quasicrystal) and later to use the distribution as a initial condition (like a source) for a second simulation with a different geometry (changing the distance between the slabs). The problem is how to change the geometry of the simulation after a certain time step. it is possible? i can't understand what is the way to do it.
