In this paper http://www.opticsinfobase.org/abstract.cfm?URI=oe-18-20-21155, the authors show a band diagram (I think they used MPB) and so they make a choice about the best frequency to use in a MEEP simulation. If they really used MPB to make the band diagram, how can we se the correspondent frequency in MEEP? i.e., how can we take a especific frequency from MPB band diagram and use it in a MEEP simulation?
