Dear MEEP users, I am trying to calculate the reflection and transmission spectrum of a rectangular grating. In fact I am trying to reproduce the diagram attached. it is taken from a paper. The structure material is Tungsten. I choose 100nm as my unit reference length. The schematic of the considered structure is shown in the attached file. My problem is that at the desired frequency range, I get very high reflectivity ( greater than 1, e.g. 40). In order to calculate the reflectivity, I devided the reflection flux (obtained from structured model) by the incident flux (obtained from non-structured model). could any body help me?
Thank you, Farhad
