Hi all meep users,
I have some questions about the calculation of LDOS using the code in Meep
Tutorial(http://ab-initio.mit.edu/wiki/index.php/Meep_Tutorial/
Local_density_of_states). The analytical solution is twice that of dft-ldos
solution.
First,I would like to know why the results is different when the number of
mpi_core is different.Here is my result:
parameter w=0.4
number of core the result of (run-sources+ T (dft-ldos f 0 1))
5 154
10 77
15 77
20 38.5
Second,what's the effect of (set! symmetries (list (make mirror-sym (
direction Y))))? Which axis is it symmetrical along?X or Y? The graph of the
web is symmetrical along the X axis.
