[CSMFO Members] Developer Deposits

This seems like something I should know but... is there any requirement
that we allocate interest to a developer's deposit?  Its not a development
impact fee so I don't think it falls under 66000.  Its a planning deposit
that we draw against for an EIR.  We earn interest on it because its pooled
with our other funds.
