Thanks everyone for your responses to my survey on the % of S&B in relation
to total General Fund Operating Expenditures. I've attached the results of
the survey, including only those cities that were full-service. I may have
missed a few, or included some that are not FULL-service cities, so I
apologize for the lack of precision.
