Our city's executive committee (department heads and certain division
managers) will be holding its annual retreat in March. In the past two
years, we've utilized an organizational consultant and a local economist as
our one-day workshop facilitator.
I'd really appreciate some fresh new ideas on facilitators in the areas of
organizational development and team-building, or any other subject that's
important to you and the other department heads. Also, someone with a
humorous approach to a serious subject would be welcomed. Thank you.
