[CSMFO Members] Executive Retreat Facilitators

In my email yesterday (Monday), which requested the names of individuals and
companies who have facilitated executive retreats, particularly in the areas
of organizational development and team-building, I failed to provide a due
date for the responses.  I've already received 24 responses, and set
tomorrow, January 12th, as my deadline.  I hope to email the survey results
later this week.  Thank you.
