Members, The City of Bellflower is considering switching to another telephone service provider for our local & long distance services. We are currently looking at a company called ICG Communications with offices in Irvine California, but headquarter in Colorado. I was wondering if any member city have heard or worked with this company. If so, could you please provide some feedback in regards to quality of service, cost (did you save), down time, and etc. I will be happy to summarize the comments and forward it to anyone interested in the findings.
