We charge what we call a Facility Capacity Charge for new hookups to our water and sewer system. This charge is per edu (equivalent dwelling unit) based on meter size. For multi-family units, we charge 3/4 of an edu, instead of one, as our base. Those of you in the water and/or sewer business, how do you charge multi-family units for new hookups? Thanks!
