Hi everyone, I am asking for your help. The City of Camarillo is currently planning on a comprehensive compensation and classification study. The study will include a comparison of "total" compensation in addition to just salary data. Have any of you had recent (within 1-2 years) experiences with companies that you were particularly impressed with and would use again? If so, please provide me with the following information: 1. Your name and phone number 2. name of the company you contracted with 3. a contact person 4. phone number of the company or contact person 5. when you actually used the company 6. how long the study took 7. cost of the study I will compile the information provided and share with the others.
