We currently distribute interest to all funds with a positive balance,
excluding those funds that are subsidized by the General Fund (Cemetery,
Recreation).

I am curious as to whether or not other cities exclude any Funds when you
allocate the interest you receive. Do you allocate to Grant funds, Gas Tax,
Assessment Districts, etc? We currently allocate interest to all funds
with
a positive cash balance, except for some of our control funds.
