We pool our cash for investment purposes and all funds (and components of funds) from
which the cash comes receive an appropriate allocation of investment earnings.

I am curious as to whether or not other cities exclude any Funds when you
allocate the interest you receive. Do you allocate to Grant funds, Gas Tax,
Assessment Districts, etc? We currently allocate interest to all funds with
a positive cash balance, except for some of our control funds.
