This year we relocated a number of residents (14) in our redevelopment area. Some of these people received direct payments for rent and utilities, others had checks mailed directly to a property management firm or to a moving company. Do we need to do 1099's for the amounts over $600? Do we combine the amounts that went to the property management firms or the moving companies for the individual 1099's or issue them separately?
