Thank you to all who responded to my question concerning whether your
jurisdiction provides paid health insurance benefits to retired
employees. This survey has responses from 18 jurisdictions. Please
note there was also an earlier survey on this subject which has
additional responses. I did ask a couple of questions in this survey
not covered in the previous one - specifically, the eligibility
requirements for retired medical and how the jurisdiction treats the
long term liability. Several of you expressed interest in the survey
