The responses included: ORG PLUS CHART PRO MICROSOFT VISIO 2000 (Standard & Professional) ORGCHART WORD (Drawing Tools) WINFLOW CANVAS COREL DRAW FLOW CHARTER MICROGRAFX WINDOWS DRAW SMART DRAW ECHO The overwhelming response was VISIO followed by ORG PLUS. I have purchased VISIO 2000 Standard Edition and find it to be very flexible. It's not cheap though....$200 at COMPUSA. Thanks again!
