Thank you to all who responded to my inquiry about suspending without 
pay a FLSA exempt employee (i.e. manager).  Everyone who responded is 
in agreement that such an employee cannot be suspended for less than 1 
week and that suspension should be in whole week intervals.  There was 
some uncertainty if a suspension of less than a week was OK if the 
reason for the suspension was a major safety violation.  Some said 
this was OK, others indicated no suspension of less than a week was OK.
