Thank you all for your responses. Its just what I needed. Usually I am the first to be willing to summarize survey results in a tabular format; however, in this case the variety and volume of material I received does not lend itself to this kind of summary. Therefore, I am willing to send a copy of all materials to anyone who would like a set. Just let me know. I will also forward a copy to the League Library so its available there as well. If there is sufficient interest, I am also willing to convert and consolidate the material into a PDF file which could be posted on the CSMFO web site for downloading, reading, and printing via Adobe Acrobat.
