Good morning, Many thanks to all of you who responded so promptly to my two requests last week. Responses to both have been hugely useful and I will post the results here soon. Now for this week's request: Do any of you have a policy covering internal/interfund loans? In our particular instance, our Hydroelectric Fund is out of commission (power plant damage in the 1997 floods) and will not be generating revenues for another 18 months or so. In the meantime, we have to keep their operations afloat and are probably going to do it by "loaning" them money from the Water Fund but would like to do it under the auspices of an adopted policy.
