It's me again! I looked in the CSMFOA
resource room for a survey on this but did not see one! I'm curious as to
how many cities or utility districts debit the customer bank account to get
payment for their utility bills. We have a citizen here in Oakdale that is
pushing for us to start up this program. My survey is this:
1. If you have this available, what
percentage of the users take advantage of it? I assume it increases
gradually, about what percent per year? What percent the first
year?
2. Do you like the use of this payment
method?
3. Did this payment method save you time
and work or did it increase your work load?
4. What problems do you have with this
method, if any?
