Has anyone increased their fees for services to make up for the revenue lost in accepting credit card payments? I understand that the individual customer cannot be charged for the % transaction fee charged by the processing bank. What I'm looking for are agencies that have factored the estimated overall costs of accepting CC payments into their rate structures for items such as, business licenses, utility bills, etc. I have a curious councilmember and could use your help.
