This e-mail is directed towards cities and special districts in Riverside
County. (However, everyone else is welcome to review and comment!)
I think the attached letter from our Mayor speaks for itself. After 10 long
years of fighting the County of Riverside on a tax allocation issue...the
State got $2.4 million and the City of Murrieta got the shaft.
While Murrieta hasn't given up the fight...we just wanted everyone to be
aware of relevant facts surrounding this issue. Who said life was fair?
