Good morning, fellow CSMFO members. We are in the midst of preparing our CAFR for FY1999/2000, and run across the subject matter. We are interested to know how others treat the issue on their financials. Since GASB currently has no statement governing the accounting treatment, I wonder whether we need follow GAAP - FASB 106 to recognize the liability on the Balance Sheet. Any comments would be appreciated.
