For those agencies that charge for water/sewer I have a question relating to
Mobile Home Parks. My understanding was that they had to charge their
tenants the same way we charge customers. My questions are:
1) Can the park owner charge our single family rates to their metered spaces
or do they have to use the same rate structure that we use to charge the
park? The main differences are the base/meter charge and which tiers to use
for water usage.
2) If a park owner does not meter the spaces, are there requirements on how
they charge them for their water use?
3) Does sewer get charged under the same rules as metered water service?
