On October 20 I asked if anyone has contracted with any
company to analyze/review and assess your
telecommunication expenses.
Three of the four respondents indicated they have also been
contacted by TELETRON and were interested in the responses I received.
The fourth respondent said:
We've contracted with Teletron. We've spent
quite a bit of time gathering data, and they're analyzing now. They are a
persistent group, and I hope they're as persistent in finding savings as
they were on signing us up. So far, the only recommendation is to switch
long-distance carriers to Sprint (which I hear doesn't have a great service
reputation). Teletron expects their "recommendations" will be implemented
immediately, irrespective of other (non-price) considerations. This may be
a significant problem. Check back with us in a couple of months.
