As all of you know benefits are not the same for each city; I would like to
do a survey and then accumulate the results for use by all. In our city we
believe that we are probably the most generous in California and in our
labor negotiations it would help to indicate what other cities have for
benefits. Your help is very appreciated. Please indicate for both
