We implemented JDEdwards One World financial and HR/payroll software about six months ago. The process has been an experience. We are now evaluating our departmental staffing needs. It occurred to us that we need one additional position, which are professional level, accounting knowledgeable but not an accountant, knowledgeable of programming but not a programmer. Their duties would include training both inside and out of the department. Create reports using the systems report writing tool. They would locate errors and determine if they were software related, if so, communicate them to the company's help desk and implement the fix. If anyone has created such a position please send us the job spec and salary.
