Terry your just woken me up   However i'll sus out info in roll cages but its a
bugger at the moment as noone knows the idea of special licences is a good one
as cars can be purpose built and then registersd and as purpose built cars
you'll be able to do heaps legally and not have to worry about plod it may be
that you can also have multiple engine nos which would be another advantage
