I just pulled the drive shafts out of my 1600 as one ot the
rubber boots has split
and puts grease everywhere. Are these hard to replace ???
I am led to believe that they are infact skyline units. Whatever they
are, they are
tight motheres to fit. To install and remove I have to drop out the
control arm bolts
and tap the control arm down to get any clearance for the shafts. They
don't seem
to compress much. They don't look like the shafts in the workshop manual
(scientific publications #88) as they have rubber boots on both ends of
the shafts.
Just thaught someone may have ideas.
