Fully imported? "J" = japan i think, i forget what the "N" code is on the
made in Nippon models, Malcolm may know as most imported from Japan to NZ
dattos have something like that as well. There are heaps of codes like
this on the Japanese models, thankfully this stuff was way too
complicated for the datto boys at Dandenong and Clayton. The japanese
cars can have more than one code on some of them i.e. P810 or N810 plus
VIN on a plate and the number you quoted is the variation that describes
your particular options; #doors, where made, it's way to complicated to
remember if you haven't got the codes written down.
