Michael, Bosch make an 85 amp replacement for about $190 new. Lights: Get a pair of Cibie high beam inserts and a pair of Cibie Hi/lo outers all with 100w globes, plus a pair of Cibie "Superoscar" driving lights with spread beam lenses.   Connect them all via a quality relay using 4mm wire from battery, to relay, to globe, to earth.
