Daniel,
Struts are traditionally measured from the spring seat weld to where the tube
meets the ball joint housing which is 55 mm so around 305 - 315 mm total. The
240K strut came in a couple of different lengths; just under 10" (~250 mm) and
just over 10" (~260 mm), which in Australia is the more common C110 strut and
it's around the same length as the stock 200B strut. Factory 1600 struts came
in three sizes that were 10", 11" & 11.4" long (not including the bj
housing), there was also a non genuine strut around in the 70's that was made
by gabrielle that was 10.5" but not found very often these days.
