David,
No the W53 is not the same thing as a 210, to get accurate torque data of the list it is helpful to specify which head/block etc you have to avoid tears. A reasonable guess is that you have an A10 Stanza L16 as the W53 head was the standard head on that engine. If you have a Stanza head on a 510 L16 block I would torque it about half way between the specs I'll give you for the A10.
 
Stanza A10 L16/W53
(1) 30 ft/lb
(2) 45 ft/lb
(3) 60 ft/lb
 
510 L16/W53 (preferably the 510 studs are used)
 
(1) 25 ft/lb
(2) 35 ft/lb
(3) 50 ft/lb

can anyone tell me the torque setting to use on the head studs of an L16 ??
I've got an older toruqe wrench too so I dunno if it's different
it's got "meter kilograms" on one side and "foot-pound" on the other side
 
also what's the torque settings for the bolts that hold the cam down?
 
I'm putting the engine together as I'm typing this and wanna get it together by tonight
so and help would be greatly appretiated
