Those metal kings - I haven't got mine in yet but apparently 'the more heat
the better'
which could probably be interpreted as shit when cold but can take a lot of
heat?

Subject: ADVICE RE DISC PADS

Howdy,
I am about ready to buy a new set of front disc pads for my D1600 (240k
twin spots)
Any recommendations? I am currently running Ferodo Excels which are OK but
nothing spectactular.
It is car that spends most of the time on the road at 60 k but has the odd
angry burst through the hills on weekends. So I am not looking for super
high temp racing pads that chop out rotors every 2,000 km & do not work
until they get to temperature.
Any thoughts will be appreciated.
Ta, Greg Ho
PS - what are Metal Kings like these days - they used to be shit many years
ago - tooo hard.
