If they dont fit, try getting a quote from a brake specialist to fabricate
lines between the components you use.

My local brake business charges me $2 each flared fitting, plus pipe and
bending.  You get new pipes and end fittings for this paultry cost.  Not
worth doing yourself at this price. Then again this guy is trying to make a
living in a country town where money is hard to find.
