Andrew,
I
think you'd have another problem with 400hp in a Coupe - like keeping it on the
black stuff. What an insane machine; good luck with it.

(may catch up with you at Bathurst this year)
Actually I just looked at a CA20 today in workshop it had the EFI setup had been overheated. I am actually contemplateng building a CA18 stroker I have a spare head and block with stuffed crank The crank will fit just a matter of sorting the rods & piston hight ect With some seriouse work I think it would be very grunty at nearly 2.1 ltrs with say 20psi I could imagine 400+hp The only real problem I think it will have is if the crank is only cast the CA18turbo engine has steel crank Just hoping the CA20 has aswell. Thatl trick the RTA :) 1.8 out to 2.1 :) Andrew Julian wrote: what about an efi CA20 from a (R31 type) Pintara? It is already EFI! --membersozdat------------------------------------------------------- OZDAT Mailing List Please Note:- Send (un)subscribe requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send submissions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] No unauthorised redistribution of this email http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/index.htm http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/listindex.html http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- --membersozdat------------------------------------------------------- OZDAT Mailing List Please Note:- Send (un)subscribe requests to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Send submissions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] No unauthorised redistribution of this email http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/index.htm http://www.ozdat.com/ozdatonline/listindex.html http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
