I used this information in a program like Desktop Dyno2000 that I am
currently writing.
I have verified this info as I have an '82 Stanza PA10 W53 peanut head
with a 'B' cam and I measured it. The specs I have are as follows:

8.5:1 CR
No Idea of carbie flow(I will be flow testing SU's and a 45mm Weber
sometime)

38mm internal seat diameter
31.5mm intake ports
35mm exhaust valves
30mm internal seat diameter
10.5mm valve lift (both)
240deg intake duration
248deg exhaust duration
intake opens 12deg BTDC
intake closes 48deg ABDC
exhaust opens 54deg BBDC
exhaust closes 14deg ATDC
