Float lever height from cover: 14 - 15mm
With the float chamber removed and upside down, measure the distance between the highest point of the float lever (when resting on the needle valve) to the gasket surface. This should be 14 - 15mm. If it's out, bend the lever accordingly.
Points gap: 0.45 - 0.55mm ( 0.0018 - 0.0022 in ) Plug gap: 0.8 - 0.9mm ( 0.031- 0.035 in )Ignition timing: 14 deg @ 650 rpm
