Now we're on the right track. The ratio of both boxes (actually most Datto
recirculating ball boxes)is 15:1 and officially the number of turns lock to
lock is 4 and if anyone has less than 3.8 turns then the lock stops are
wound up. Lock stops will reduce the turns but not response but the sought
after straight steering arms will reduce the lock just a little ~.2 turns as
well as make the steering slightly heavier and more direct (responsive) in
the straight ahead position.
Bruce you may remember that when I spotted that you had a pair of the
straight steering arms on the wrong xmember and I suggested you swap
everything around, this is the reason for all that hard work you put in and
hopefully you'll notice the difference when you get it rolling.
regards
Terry

Zac ...
Ummmmm I had better do mine to confirm. I guess it
also depends on how far out/in your lock to lock stops
are.
Anyone out there who can measure a 120Y and Stanza so
we can get a definitive answer ???
Cheers
Bruce
