Errol,
I think I have read somewhere about a build up spec for the A10 L16 that
uses a modified L18 crank and rods from another engine. I'll see if I can
dig it up. I take it someone wants to build a over capacity PRC engine for
the under 1.6L class.

Ryan,
L16 83mm bore and 73.7 stroke.
L18 85 mm bore and 78mm stroke. The L18 also has thicker cylinder walls.
you can only bore an L16 to 85mm with any reliability.
Cheers
Feral Errol

I am looking to buy a Stanza to rally but want to know if the L16 block is
the same as the L18 with a different crank or if they are totally
different.
Thanks in advance
Ryan
