Peter,
The high flow 40mm gear drive pump (std is 35mm) pn is 15010-58000 which was
used on some Z18ET engines eg 910 SSST and Datsuns that have a factory oil
cooler fitted. This could actually be the 280ZX turbo pump but I don't have
any details here on Zeds.
To increase the pressure of this pump and the std pump you fit a washer
under the spring set (easy) or to use the real thing the pn's are
15133-E4620 for the inner spring and 15133-22010 for the outer spring. I
wish the Nissan parts catalogue was online to see if these parts are still
available in Aus, although they are obtainable from a dealer in the US who
ships worldwide. If anyone's interested I can look up the email address as
he is on the Bluebirds (US) list.
