The easiest way is to convert a Weber manifold

Not hard to do at all, just a mater of cutting and tig welding an aluminium
plat cut to shape.

Ever thought about running a port plate with extended ram tubes for air
speed?  I have seen a VW engine built like this.  No manifold, so the
throttle bodies dump on the back of the valve.  Air speed is  maintained
through ram tube length
