Trev,
Up until a couple of years ago only piarc members were eligable but
thats all changed now anyone who holds a membership of a CAMS accreditated
club, as your a sports owners memeber you should get notification of the
piarc meetings in the club magazine, iknow the sep meeting is in there.
Just about anyone who holds a CAMS licence can run.
