Hea there James. Just a quicky mate. Make sure you leave the nut on a couple off threads when you try this as iff it finally does give way it will come off with such force that it will fly off and hit you in the face. Take it from a mate off mines experiance when he did the same and broke his nose. Unfortunatly the best way is to adjust the seat to as close as you can get it to the wheel. Putt both feet on the firewall under the pedals. And place your arms behind the wheel and use all off your arm and leg streangth to yank it back towards you as hard as you can. P.S MAKE SURE YOU DO LEAVE THE NUT DONE UP A COUPLE OFF THREADS AS WITH THIS FORCE IT WILL LET GO WITH A BANG. I hope this helps. Bye for now. I wish you luck.
