Andy,
Keep the auto xmember as it could come in handy as the trans tunnel is wider
in the auto body and the bolt holes are in a different position. The dogleg
stanza box or the R30 stumpy are the easiest to fit in an auto body but the
others 240K/Skyline long boxes aren't too bad either. Also I think the Borg
Warner auto shaft (usually blue) is the same length as the 4 speed so it
will fit with either of the short boxes.
