Andy,
The W blocks circled a while ago. Not sure if they are rare but they appear to have
come to Australia with only Japan spec L18's (ie 610/180B SSS). The general view is
that are better than the standard L18 block with siamesed water jackets, etc. I have
a couple of them and they all came from SSS coupe's.
They also tend to prove more accepetable and reliable of being bored out.
