Did you swap pressure plates or did you use the clutch throw out sleeve that
came with the gear box to throw your pressure plate?  If so you need to
check you have the right length throwout sleeve.

If your previous box had the same problems, maybe the clutch/pressure plate
is the problem.  It may not be fully releasing.
