A bit of help with a cam

Morning all   Was wondering if anybody could translate the specs of this cam for me:   525B 110� L.C.   Duration is 110�? Lift I don't know though.   What kind of power characteristics would this cam show?  Would it be suitable for an internally stock L18 with minor porting & polishing, headers and SU's?  (Don't laugh cos I don't know if those factors have anything to do with the suitability of the cam!).
