Is that what is stamped on the cam? Sounds like a cam grind number and
lobe centre angle. It sounds familiar I think I've seen it before in a
stock engine. If you can measure the amount of lobe or valve lift that
would be much more useful.
The biggest factors determining the suitability of the cam are
application, valve size, valve seat ID, port sizes, manifold sizes,
carby size, rod/stroke ratio.

However these require valve springs and lash pads.

or a compromise just a cam using standard springs and lash pads i
suspect.
