Other than an inch being 25.4mm not 25.1 
12/25.4 = .472"
As long as you measured accurately it appears you have a good high
torque cam suited to 42mm inlet valves and stock 38mm seat inside
diameter.
This would be a good cam for an L18 with a stock head with the ports
cleaned up I would think. Did you get any valve springs and lash pads
aswell? you'll need them.
